Mental peace!!

“You should feel beautiful and you should feel safe, what you surround yourself with should bring you peace of mind and peace of spirit”

Mental peace refers to the deliberate state of spiritual calm and the potential of stressors such as the burden arising from pretending to perform at an optional level with a positive mind (inner peace).

Peace of mind is generally associated with joy, happiness, calmness, prayer, yoga, meditation etc. Many spiritual practices refer to this peace as an experience of knowing oneself. But we all know that inner peace is important to mental health.

The human beings who are mentally strong are confident that they can handle whatever life throws their way.

The people you surround yourself with affect the way you think, feel and behave.

Mentally strong people don’t waste their time or energy trying to change toxic people.

They established healthy emotional and physical boundaries.

These people take appropriate accountability. They recognize the responsibility for their choice, but they acknowledge factors beyond their control like the state of the economy, the weather and other people’s choice.

If you are mentally happy you feel positive. So always remember that,

"Positive Thinking is not about expecting the best to happen Its about accepting that whatever happens happens for the best"

"You have to always remember that you have lot of strengths as a person"

“The secret of self confidence isn't to stop caring about what people think - it's about caring about what YOU think. It's to make your opinion of yourself more important than anyone else's.”

Dealing With Stress

Write out the discomfort

The first thing to mention (which was not mentioned during the one-to-one) is that it often helps to just write out your feelings.

Write down what you are stressed or worried about. Sometimes we keep worries in our minds because we are afraid of forgetting about something that we think needs to be fixed.

If you put it down on paper, you can rest assured that it is always there to be looked at again if needed.

If you have the intention of feeling better - writing down any stresses or worries gives you permission to let them go, at least for a while.

The discomfort of negative thoughts is a signal that they are not giving you any good advice, and it would be in your best interests not to take them seriously.

They feel dark because they are thoughts that don’t come from your natural powerful light, and usually they have come through some sort of conditioning.

Negative thoughts never have to be fought against, but it does help to recognise that these energies are not effective givers of advice.

Just like the negative friend, they think they are saying what is best, but really they are not helping at all.

They are not at all helping.

Once a painful thought is recognized as not a useful helper, it can be allowed to pass through, or it can be disregarded as false, and replaced by any positive affirmation or any powerful thought.

You can even make a positive affirmations which can help us to think positive.

"Letting go of toxic people is a major step towards being happier"

At last just remember that,

"Don't regret anything in life. If it's good, its wonderful.

If it's bad it is experience"
